Refunds and Trials

Trial period
All customers have a 48 hour trial on their first game server with us. If you do not like the product, please share your feedback. You can cancel your game server during the trial period, which will prevent your account from being charged.

Please note that prepaid subscriptions do not come with a trial period. 

After trial period
If your first game server is past the trial period, you can no longer apply for a refund.

Add-ons or DediConnect
As clearly stated for both on the dashboard: We do not give a refund for Add-ons or DediConnect.
