Live tuning (ARK)

GSA enables you to use ARK's Live tuning feature. You can find all available Live tuning options on the Survivetheark.com LiveTuning article.

To use Live Tuning with RconConnect, please make sure to setup the configurations first. For GSA:Hosted and DediConnect this is automatically configured.

1. Activate a Config template

Navigate to the settings page for your game server and select the config you want to use in the Config template block and click "Save change".

2. Edit the Config template

Hit the "Edit" button. This will take you straight to the edit page of the active Config template.

3. Scroll down to "DefaultOverloads.json"

Enter your Live Tuning settings in the "DefaultOverloads.json" text field and save the form.

4. Now you wait

Assuming you already restarted your game server once to load in the new LiveTuning & Dynamic config GameUserSettings (RconConnect only), all that is left to do now is to wait. ARK checks the URL's roughly every 15 minutes. So it may take up to 15 minutes for your changes to apply.
