Create a (whitelist) form

Forms can be used for a variety of things. The most common usage is for whitelisting application purposes.
Due to the GDPR rules, we prohibit users from collecting personal data. 

Step 1: Create a Whitelist application form

Step 2: Loading from Form template

The quickest way to setup an application form, is by using the Form template. This will add the basic form fields to your form, which you can edit / remove to your likings.

For this guide we will be using the Roleplay application form.

All fields for the Form template will be added to the bottom of your form.
